International Deliveries
All our International deliveries are despatched using Hong Kong Mail International Signed For delivery service. We usually find our International deliveries take about 7-15 working days to arrive however they can sometimes take a little longer than expected and so if you have not received your order after 20 working days please contact us by email info@sunluxx.com quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look in to it straight away for you.

Procedures of your order!
After received your order, we will take 1 day to inspect and packing the items. Then it will despatched on next business day.
Hong Kong Mail International will provide tracking number for each items. we can tracking the items online by www.hongkongpost.com.
Arrival time may be affect from Destination Country, Custom procedures and Seasonal. Usually,

Asia, Australia and North America will arrive within 7-15 days ( standard Shipping )
Europe and South America will arrive within 10-15 days ( standard Shipping )

Am I responsible for customs charges?
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country and so We has no way of knowing what particular customs and import charges may be in force at any time in any country. But items will be mark as GIFT and Lower Value in postage, usually it will be smoothing the Custom procedures.


Return Policy
We can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was despatched. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Items must be returned to us in an unworn condition, deemed fit for re-sale. Return with scratch marks will not be accepted. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.
